- The service is given only at Inokim's official stores in Miami and NYC. Owner presence is required (No Drop-offs)
- Labor costs for repairs are waived.
- InokimCare is specific to the scooter identified by its serial number and is non-transferable.
- The plan remains valid in the event of a private resale of the scooter
- InokimCare does not cover damages from improper use or accidents.
- Free labor does not extend to repairs of damages caused by misuse or accidents.
- The service will start from the purchase date and lasts for one year with proof of the Inokim Care invoice.
