Like with any scooter, there are inherent risks to riding.

If you learn the basics, stay within your limits, and take time to practice, you can enjoy Inokim's amazing riding experience with confidence every time you step on your scooter.

It’s important for riders to always wear a helmet while riding and respect the scooters' limits and their surroundings.

Inokim is committed to providing the safest e-scooters and are some of the first on the market to receive a UL certification. Our models, including the OX, OXO, and Quick4, are SGS-certified for UL 2272. This certification verifies that these models have undergone rigorous testing and meet the highest safety standards set by UL.

Age restrictions, helmet usage rules, and other regulations can exist and vary state by state. Be sure to check in with local laws and regulations before riding.

E-scooter range varies by model. With Inokim, premium e-scooters ride up to 68 miles on a full charge.

E-scooters are eco-friendly, relatively portable, and reliable modes of transportation. With e-scooters you can skip the traffic and/or waiting for public transportation all while having fun.

Since 2009, Inokim has pioneered the e-scooter industry. Our brand values sets us apart from the rest of the micro-mobility industry.

  1. Safety - Our scooters are built with the highest quality materials so you can trust that your ride will be smooth and safe.
  2. Innovation - We always aim to be at the forefront of the user needs and implement them into the scooters.
  3. Design - Our iconic design stands out in the micro-mobility field, and we’ve won many design awards (ie: Red Dot, Good Design Award, etc.)
  4. Reliability - We consider our e-scooters to be a vehicle, which means anyone can have spare parts and fix their scooter ensuring longevity.
  5. Quality - It’s important that our product won’t fail under any circumstances, which is why our scooters are designed for long term usage.

If you have ever ridden a bicycle, then you have the skills needed to ride a scooter. Our e-scooters are incredibly user friendly. They are far easier to ride than a bike. With a little practice, you will be able to safely ride our products. Be sure to wear a helmet regardless of ride level!

In most areas of USA, electric scooters have the same laws as electric bikes. The general conclusion is that electric scooters are like bicycles — no extra regulations are needed. In most places you can ride your electric scooter on pathways, trails, and streets that have bike lanes. You won’t need a license, registration or insurance, but sidewalks are off-limits.
